NOWⓇ Iron Complex is a unique blend of Ferrochel™ iron (a bioavailable form of iron) and its important nutrients in combination with complementary plant substances. Iron is a mineral necessary for the formation of hemoglobin, the molecule that transports oxygen to cells throughout the body in red blood cells. Vitamin B-12 and folate are essential for red blood cell formation, while vitamin C is known to increase iron absorption from the GI tract. This vegetarian formula is well tolerated and non-constipating and has been designed to maximize iron absorption and utilization by the body.

Composition in a dose of 1 tablet: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 50 mg (56%*); Folate 340 mcg DFE (200 mcg folic acid) (83%*); Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 50 mcg (2083%*); iron (elemental) (from 135 mg ferrous bisglycinate) (Ferrochel™) 27 mg (150%*); Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (rhizome/root) 100 mg **; Red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (leaf) 100 mg **; *- Daily reference value of income; **- The daily reference value of income has not been established .

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Maltodextrin (Non-GMO), Vegetarian Coating [Hypromellose (Cellulose), Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Sunflower Lecithin, Triethyl Citrate, Sunflower Oil], Silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame or tree nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily with food
