5-HTP is an intermediate metabolite between the amino acid tryptophan and serotonin and is obtained from the seed of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia). Now you can also try it in the form of small chewable tablets with a citrus flavor.
Composition per dose of 1 chewable tablet: 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (from Griffonia simplicifolia extract) (seeds) 50 mg **; **- The daily reference value of income is not established.
Other ingredients: Rice flour and hypromellose (vegetable capsule).
Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Dosage: 1 chewable tablet per day, preferably on an empty stomach before going to bed.
