Jaké jsou nejlepší přírodní přípravky pro hasiče?

Hasiči vykonávají velice náročnou práci v mnoha ohledech. Nejde pouze o fyzickou zátěž, ale také psychickou, kdy je potřeba vysoké soustředění, jelikož každá nepozornost může mít velmi závažné, někdy až fatální následky.

Za faktory, které nejvíce poškozují zdraví hasičů považujeme nejen nadměrné vystavení splodinám, kouře obsahující toxické látky, ale také například vystavení nebezpečným látkám v prostředí, v kterém vykonávají svou činnost, jako například azbest a další rakovinotvorné chemikálie.

Nelze přehlédnou ani fakt, že díky směnám a pohotovosti, jsou hasiči, stejně jako některá další povolání, vystaveni škodlivým vlivům, souvisejícím s nepravidelným či nedostatečným množstvím spánku.

Na internetu lze najít mnoho rad a návodů, které doporučují různé vitamíny a přírodní látky, dle našeho názoru však nejdou při posuzování této problematiky dostatečně hluboko a jenom přejímají některé starší rady, či univerzální řešení. Ve výsledku pak mohou způsobit více problémů než užitku.

Například, určitě Vám hasičům nebudeme doporučovat přípravky s beta karotenem nebo některé vitamíny skupiny B, což bývá jedna z nejčastějších rad na internetu. Proč? Například proto, že užívání beta karotenu kuřáky, či osobami vystavenými splodinám z kouře několikanásobně zvyšuje riziko vzniku rakoviny plic. Stejně tak není vhodný ani vitamín E, či již zmíněné vitamíny skupiny B, jako je vitamin B6 a další. U těch nedávné studie taktéž odhalily, že pravděpodobně díky jejich úloze v jednouhlíkovém metabolismu, vzniká několikanásobně vyšší riziko vzniku rakoviny u mužů a u kuřáků.

Určitě tedy nedoporučujeme hasičům užívat multivitamínové přípravky, které často bez jakéhokoliv opodstatnění obsahují tyto vitamíny ve vysokých dávkách.

Naopak některé přírodní produkty mohou být pro hasiče velmi vhodné a dají se najít i takové, které se zaměřují na určitá specifika, která tato profese obnáší.
