Vitamin B12 is essential for energy production from fat and protein and is well known for its critical role in DNA synthesis as well as homocysteine metabolism. Methylcobalamin is the coenzyme form of vitamin B12, whose dietary source is almost exclusively animal-based foods (meat and dairy products), and B12 supplementation may be particularly important for strict vegetarians.

Composition per 1 lozenge dose: Folate [from Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-MTHF*** glucosamine salt] 680 mcg DFE [400 mcg (6S)-5-MTHF***]]; (200%*); Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 5 mg (5,000 mcg) (200,000%*);*- Daily Reference Intake Value. **- The reference income value is not established. ***MTHF=methyltetrahydrofolate.

Other Ingredients: Fructose, sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavors and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts.

Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 1 lozenge daily with food. Chew or hold the lozenge in your mouth until it dissolves and swallow.

Warning : For adults only. If you suffer from a disease, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication, consult a doctor before use.

It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
