Dosage:

1 capsule daily with food.

In case of increased need, take 1 capsule 2 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

Keep out of reach of children. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. .

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, eggs, fish / shellfish, peanuts / tree nuts.
