Not made with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, seafood or nut ingredients.

Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day. Mix into your favorite drink or food.

Start with 1 teaspoon per day and slowly increase to reduce gastrointestinal distress caused by excess fiber.

Warning : Intended for adults. May cause mild temporary gastrointestinal discomfort. If you suffer from a disease, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product.
