Kelp is a large seaweed belonging to the brown algae family that grows in marine "forests" in the cooler waters of the world's oceans. Kelp has been used for centuries as an important nutritious staple in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine. It is also an excellent source of iodine, which has been shown to be essential for healthy thyroid function.

Composition per 1 tablet dose: Iodine (elemental) (from 30 mg of organic kelp) (Laminaria spp.) (whole plant) 150 mcg (100%*); *- % Daily reference value of income.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetable coating and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not made with ingredients from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or nuts.

Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
